Joel has been saying that when James gets big, he can wear a crown. ?
James has started eating solid foods. I tried avacado first, but he gave us the same face that Joel gave us when I first gave him avacado. Not so much! I then tried bananas, and although he would eat them he didn't seem to be a big fan. Yesterday I tried pears. Score! He ate several tablespoons of it, and was opening his mouth at the mere sight of the spoon. Today he ate all that I gave him.
Today I had a pile of clean diapers on the couch waiting to be folded. I looked up this afternoon and Joel was sitting on the couch pulling out all the wipes, folding them, and putting them in a very neat pile. What joy!
Ah yes. The avacado issue. Justin seems to have a fear of the color green, though I remember a time when he ate avacados tons and tons...
ReplyDelete...Ooh, I talked to Joel about the crown thing last night at church -- he says that he's going to give James the crown for his birthday, then when he gets big it will fit!
